RETURNS

– Customised or sale items are not returnable;
– Shipping costs are not refunded;
– Returns made from other than EU, will have the custom charges deducted from the refund total (we have to pay custom fees for items returning from other than EU, the custom fees depend on the cost of the item that is returned);
– Orders that are 300 EUR and above will be 50% refunded and 50% refunded in store credit.

 

Our  products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:

– Items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed, not used;
– Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery;
– The return package must include the order number, the original packaging and all of the additions;
– Returns shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.
