DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times depend on where you are and the shipping option you choose. Here’s a rough idea:

Lithuania: 1–4 business days (OMNIVA)

Europe: 1–5 business days (DHL EXPRESS)

Rest of the world: 1–8 business days (DHL EXPRESS)
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
– Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
– All returns must be arranged via our customer service: studio@urtekat.com. A DHL return label will be provided. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
– Exchanges are complimentary. Return shipping for exchanges is covered by us.
– Customised and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
– For returns outside the EU, any applicable customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
Our products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:
– Items must be in the original condition, not worn, not washed, not used;
– Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery;
– Returns shipping charges are responsibility of the customer.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All international orders are shipped from Lithuania. Customs regulations and charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and will be calculated by your country’s customs office upon arrival.
We are unable to estimate or control these charges, as they are set independently by each country’s government. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs fees required for delivery.
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
